Specialised Medical Facility Tile Roof Ridge Maintenance

This critical medical facility project required meticulous attention to maintaining operational integrity while executing comprehensive roof ridge maintenance and waterproofing.
The scope involved systematic removal of deteriorated cement, which was replaced with durable fibre cement throughout the 427 linear metres of ridge work. All cracks and damaged sections received thorough repair and sealing before implementation of our advanced ridge protection system. StretchSeal Ridge Strips were applied to reinforce ridge cappings, embedded with HydroSeal HF for superior waterproofing performance.
Following system curing, the entire repaired section was overcoated with matching roof paint to provide comprehensive sealing and protection. This project demonstrates EcoSeal’s capability to work in sensitive healthcare environments while delivering long-term waterproofing solutions using SealPro systems.
