CLEAN - Remove all debris, dust and loose material. Surface must be clean, dry and sound
BIND & PRIME - Applied to the concrete or screed floor surface — binds dust, stabilises the substrate and maximises adhesion for all layers above. On a porous floor, Penetrar keeps the polymer content of the waterproofing layers in the top layer where it performs best.
REINFORCE - Fibreglass reinforcing mesh rolled out across the full floor surface — distributes stress and absorbs any movement or settlement in the screed below the waterproof membrane.
BOND MESH TO FLOOR - Applied over the mesh and pressed through to bond it permanently to the Penetrar-primed floor below — locking the reinforcing layer in place before the waterproof membrane is applied.
REINFORCE CORNERS & TURNUPS - All wall turnups and floor-to-wall junctions reinforced — HydroSeal HF applied, StretchSeal Membrane embedded, second coat HydroSeal HF to encapsulate. Every vulnerable detail point sealed before the full topcoat is applied.
WATERPROOF — 2 X COATS - First coat of seamless liquid rubber membrane applied over the entire floor system once touch dry and walkable. Final coat completes the seamless waterproof membrane once the first coat is completely dry — fully bonded, UV stable, the base the non-slip system bonds to.
NON-SLIP COAT - Applied directly over the cured HydroSeal HF — delivers the non-slip surface texture that makes the floor safe underfoot in wet conditions. Available in 12 colour options.
HARDEN & SEAL - Applied over the cured GripGuard — seals and hardens the non-slip surface, making it more durable under foot traffic, easier to clean and resistant to surface wear. Milky white in the container, dries to a clear low-sheen hardened finish.
