The ArmTec HyperFlex Concrete Roof Slab Waterproofing System is a fully bonded, seamless, reinforced waterproofing system for new and existing flat concrete roof slabs. It prepares and seals the substrate from the ground up — binding the slab with Penetrar, reinforcing settlement cracks with the StretchSeal Flex system, embedding the ArmTec mesh with HyperFlex, strengthening all parapet wall turnups, and finishing with two coats of HydroSeal HF as the final seamless liquid rubber waterproof membrane. The system is engineered to permanently stop water ingress and bridge structural cracks on the building it protects.

Seal Cracks - Bridges every settlement crack with a flexible reinforced membrane that moves with the structure.

4/ ARMTEC MESH

Reinforce - Fibreglass reinforcing mesh distributes stress and absorbs movement across the entire slab.

5/ HyperFlex — Mesh Embedding Agent

Embed - Pressed through the mesh to permanently lock it to the substrate — the structural core of the system.

6/ 45° Cement Flashings + StretchSeal + HydroSeal HF

Reinforce Corners - Every parapet corner flashed and fully encapsulated — the most common leak point eliminated.

7/8/ HydroSeal HF

Waterproof — Final Topcoat - Seamless liquid rubber membrane applied over the entire system — no joints, no overlaps, no weak points. Final coat locks in full waterproof protection — UV stable, weather resistant, available in 15 colours.

WHY THE ARMTEC HYPERFLEX CONCRETE SLAB WATERPROOFING SYSTEM OUTPERFORMS TORCH-ON

The ArmTec HyperFlex Concrete Slab Waterproofing System has excellent adhesion to concrete and renders tensile strength and flexibility. So why does it outperform torch-on? Torch-on is applied in overlapping sheets, which means it is never seamless, never fully bonded, and always vulnerable at every lap joint and overlap. The ArmTec HyperFlex system is bonded directly to the slab, reinforced with fibreglass mesh and finished as a single continuous membrane with no joints and no weak points.

Torchon Maintenance

Renew or maintain your current waterproofing system without removing it. The Armtec Renew system has excellent adhesion and can be applied directly over existing waterproofing systems.
