Waterproofing Systems by SealPro Coatings

At SealPro Coatings we provide seamless waterproofing systems for your home and business. We supply waterproofing solutions for roofs, decks, balconies, patios, showers, ponds, roof gardens and wherever you need protection against water. We have highly qualified and experienced professionals and approved applicators operating nationally. Our services are suitable for reducing water seepage or leakage and are also equally effective against positive or negative water pressure and osmotic pressure. New Flat Roof Slab Waterproofing

Waterproofing new concrete slabs, flat roof slabs and screeded surfaces with a fully bonded reinforced membrane that moves with the structure and prevents long-term water ingress.

PREPARATION SEQUENCE

  1. Clean surface. Apply Penetrar to bind and strengthen the substrate.
  2. Reinforce settlement cracks — embed StretchSeal membrane with HydroSeal HF.
  3. Install ArmTec HyperFlex system.

Waterproofing Over Existing Torch-On

Renewing and restoring failing torch-on systems without costly removal — covering joints, overlaps and cracked areas with a seamless liquid rubber membrane bonded directly over the existing substrate.

PREPARATION SEQUENCE

  1. Clean surface. Remove all loose or delaminated material.
  2. Reinforce all joints and overlaps — embed StretchSeal membrane with Flex.
  3. Install ArmTec HyperFlex system.

Waterproof Over Existing Tiled Surfaces

Waterproofing over existing tiled surfaces without tile removal — ideal for balconies and wet areas where the tile substrate is sound but the waterproofing has failed. Tile-ready top coat can be applied if retiling is required.

PREPARATION SEQUENCE

  1. Clean surface. Fill all cavities and grout lines with Posi Screed.
  2. Apply UltraBond WP to prep tiles and ensure adhesion.
  3. Install ArmTec HyperFlex system.

Under-Tile Waterproofing for Balconies, Showers & Wet Areas

Converting any ArmTec HyperFlex installation on concrete substrate, into a tile-ready waterproof surface for balconies, showers and wet areas. UltraBond WP is applied over the cured system, and tiles are installed directly onto it.

PREPARATION SEQUENCE

  1. Clean surface. Apply Penetrar to bind and strengthen the substrate.
  2. Reinforce settlement cracks — embed StretchSeal membrane with HydroSeal HF.
  3. Install ArmTec HyperFlex system.
  4. Apply UltraBond WP over the cured ArmTec HyperFlex topcoat.
  5. Install tiles directly onto the cured UltraBond WP.

Repair & Renew the Bitumen Waterproofing Layer on Old Flat Roofs

The ArmTec HyperFlex system bonds directly over existing bitumen and torch-on waterproofing — no stripping, no open flame, no disposal. A fully bonded, seamless liquid rubber membrane is installed over the failing substrate, permanently stopping leaks and extending the life of the roof.

PREPARATION SEQUENCE

    1. Clean surface. Remove all loose and delaminated material.
    2. Apply UltraBond WP over the bitumen surface — seals the substrate and prevents off-gassing that could cause system failure or delamination.
    3. Reinforce all joints and damaged sections with the StretchSeal Flex system.
    4. Install the ArmTec HyperFlex waterproofing system — HyperFlex bonds directly to bitumen and torch-on with extreme adhesion.
    5. Apply two coats of HydroSeal HF as the final seamless waterproof membrane.

Hardened Waterproofed Non-Slip Floor System for Service Areas

A complete waterproof non-slip floor system for service areas, commercial floors, pool surrounds and wet areas — combining the ArmTec HyperFlex waterproof base with a GripGuard non-slip coating, sealed and hardened with Clear Coat P2UD.

PREPARATION SEQUENCE

    1. Clean surface. Apply appropriate primer.
    2. Reinforce settlement cracks or movement joints with the StretchSeal Flex system.
    3. Install the ArmTec HyperFlex waterproofing system.
    4. Apply GripGuard non-slip coating over the cured system.
    5. Seal and harden with Clear Coat P2UD.

We have also been supplying our community with a wide range of Commercial Waterproofing Services. Over time roofs start leaking due to rust, cracked tiles, shifts in buildings or damaged waterproofing. These waterproofing applications are intended to prevent the passage of water under any hydrostatic pressure through waterproofing and exterior building restoration processes.

Not all surfaces and structures are the same and so specific waterproofing systems are applied to different scenarios or problem areas. Torchon Maintenance

Renew or maintain your current waterproofing system without removing it. The Armtec Renew system has excellent adhesion and can be applied directly over existing waterproofing systems. The Armtec Renew system can be applied directly onto bituminous substrates or existing torchon membrane. Surface will not delaminate when correct application procedures has been adhered to.

Roof Slab Waterproofing

The seamless eco-friendly concrete roof slab waterproofing system from SealPro Coatings can be installed on new and existing roof slabs. The waterproofing system is a high-performance universal waterproofing system specifically developed for long term protection. Applying the SealPro waterproofing system will guarantee a seamless waterproofing system that is UV resistant and durable.
