This extensive residential complex project demonstrates EcoSeal’s capability to manage large-scale multi-building developments with diverse roofing systems using SealPro products.
The comprehensive scope included ridge maintenance and waterproofing across all 109 units, requiring systematic cement removal and replacement with fibre cement throughout the tile roof sections. SealPro’s StretchSeal Ridge Strip system, embedded with HydroSeal HF, provided reinforcement and waterproofing for all ridge cappings, with matching roof paint overcoating for complete protection.
The garage roof component involved specialised parapet wall flashing, waterproofing, rust treatment, and application of STEELPRO 3-in-1 coating system to all metal sheeting. This project validates the approved applicator network’s ability to manage complex logistics while maintaining consistent quality across large residential developments.
