In most cases yes — if the membrane is still bonded, the ArmTec torch-on alternative system overlays and reinforces it. Quicker, cleaner, and the building stays sealed throughout.
The balcony above our living room leaks. Same system?
Yes — balconies and patio slabs get the same reinforced treatment, tied into door thresholds and railing posts, the two places patch jobs always miss.
Is coastal roof protection different from inland?
Completely. Salt accelerates corrosion and coatings must handle constant moisture — our systems for the Garden Route are specified for marine exposure, from rust conversion to the final coat.
