Large-Scale Industrial Rust Remediation & Metal Roof Painting

Factory Roof Painting – Sunderland Ridge, Centurion – 2,830m²

This substantial industrial facility coating project required comprehensive rust treatment and waterproofing across 2,830m² of metal roofing.

Systematic rust treatment with Referro was followed by thorough waterproofing of overlaps, joints, and screw lines using the StretchSeal Flex system. All damaged sheeting sections were repaired before high-pressure washing and application of Purple Primer. The project was completed with two coats of Cool Roof Metal Roof Paint, delivering superior thermal performance and long-term weather protection.
